At Marn Studios, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

If your artwork isn't quite right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
• Artwork must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@marnstudios.com with photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

• Your order number
• The artwork purchased
• Reason for return (optional)

We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
